High speed centrifugal
discharge type bucket elevators are used for conveying dry easily
flowing, pulverized and
fine size lumpy materials
like crushed coal, cement, sant etc. In case of large size lumpy and abrassive
materials,

slow speed elevators, where material is avoiding
scooping
Use of chains or belts
as traction element and different bucket shapes, provide universal

Apart from conventional
bucket elevators also offers overlapping
buckets type elevator, shelf elevator,
cradle elevator etc.
PRAWEG offers
shelf elevators for vertical or inclined conveying of various unit loads
like barrels, boxes,
bales, etc. Variety
of racks on the shelf elevator chains facilitate lifting of
various shapes of loads.
Cradle elevators can
be offered where intermediate loading or unloading
is envisaged. Electrical interlocking
to achieve automatic
loading/unloading can
also be provided.

DIVERTORS
Diverters can be used for intermediate
discharge of material from a conveyor as and when required
During normal run, divertor
maintains the belt troughed, and makes if flat when comes in operation.
This is achieved by floating
type flat idlers inbuilt with the divertor. This prevents spillage of material
which normally occurs in conventional
methods of material diversion. MEC offers both fixed and flexible
type of divertors as
shown.
