DROP FORGED RIVETLESS CHAIN

PRAWEG offers top quality Drop Forged Rivetless Chains. All chain parts are drop steel for maximum strength. Pins are placed through the center link and held in position by notches in the side bars when they are installed. Symmetrical design of the pin allows for 180⁰ rotation if new wear surfaces should be required.

Type "B" attachments are used to support the load bar & also for mounting indexers. Type "C" attachment is used when a carrier design includes a clevis. It can also be used with a bent rod hook to carry light load.

"H" attachment is a widely used trolly attachment. Type "I" attachment is used as a filler on intermidiate trolleys that do not carry a load.

Chain trolleys supplied by PRAWEG are with forged brackets & have rollers provided with external lubrication arrangement, labyrinth seals & case hardened bearing components.

Centralized lubrication system is provided to facilitate lubrication at chain pins either by brush or drip type directly on chain. Rollers are normally provided with grease nipples.
